Project builders did a full renovation on our house. They converted it from a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house over a basement garage to a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom with stairs. The team were hard working, very professional and completed work to a high standard. They kept us well informed with the progress and ensured our build was done in the estimated time frame.
We loved having them complete our home for us and highly recommend them.

This is a massive shout out for a wonderful team that made it happen within a short period of time. The whole project was smoothly co-ordinated by the team who took their time to find out exactly what I wanted and then just got it done.
I could not recommend them enough for renovations to older style houses. Instead of having the worst house in the best street I now have the best house...... and the street will have to catch up.

We first met Keegan in 2014 as a hard working young builder who was just setting up his own business and we were his first client, as is my recollection. At that time, he didn’t have his own Mitre 10 account!
From the beginning of the extensive renovation work to our villa, we couldn’t fault his workmanship and admired his drive, his ability to listen, his honesty and professionalism.
We met again at the beginning of this year and he is very much that same young man, but with more experience and wisdom, while retaining a freshness and sense of goodness.
We can’t recommend Keegan and Project Holders highly enough. We still owe him an Italian dinner cooked by my husband, Salvatore!

We are extremely happy with the job Keegan and his team did for us. Although it was only a small renovation, Keegan always took the time to make sure that the job was progressing well. We had a wall removed and some French doors installed among other things. Our home put up a few challenges due to its age, Keegan worked with us every step of the way to make sure we had the best possible outcome. He also coordinated our subbies for us. The team were friendly and polite, nothing was a problem and they did a great job cleaning up the site each night, which was appreciated as we were living in the house while the renovations were completed. Great communication from Project Builders, we would highly recommend them for your next building project.

Project Builders undertook a bathroom/laundry upgrade in our 1905 villa. Keegan is awesome to deal with - his professionalism and strong communication is impressive and we valued his advice and great suggestions. Given the age of the property and a few unknowns with what might be uncovered under the floorboards and in the wall spaces, we really appreciated Keegan's prompt communication regarding any additional variations, i.e. pile replacements/wall bracing.
On site, Rupert's daily management and work ethic was exceptional, and all team members involved with the project were extremely polite, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
We are delighted with the end result and have no hesitation in recommending Keegan and his wonderful team.
